(a) Multifamily construction site: On or about July 16, 2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that employees were required to drill into concrete using a HILTI DD-150-U rig mounted core drill which did not have an integrated water delivery system that supplies water to the cutting surface.
