Summit Steel Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460564, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2004 Federal Rd Houston, TX 77015.
