Such facilities shall be in near proximity to the worksite and shall be so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances. On July 17, 2020, employees were exposed to skin hazards while pouring and finishing concrete on a bridge on Cty Hwy M, Neopit, WI when non-alkaline soap was not available to neutralize and remove concrete from employees' bodies.
