29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprockets and chains. All sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed that were less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform. On or about 7/10/2020, an employees from Universal Packaging Corporation were operating a flanger machine on a manufacturing line. The line had an unguarded chain and sprocket adjacent to a flanger machine. The sprocket and chain were less than seven feet above the floor.
