Lakewood, OH 44107. The employees were using an air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about 7/29/20, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 22 feet, while performing roofing activity on a residential home located at 2038 Bunts Rd. Lakewood, OH 44107. The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection. All Sides Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1268494, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/17, with respect to a workplace located at 17112 Riverside Dr. Lakewood, OH.

On or about 7/29/20, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 22 feet, while performing roofing activity on a residential home located at 2038 Bunts Rd. Lakewood, OH 44107. The employees were using an extension ladder to access the roof and the employer did not ensure that it extended at least 3 feet above the landing area. All Sides Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1268494, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/17, with respect to a workplace located at 17112 Riverside Dr. Lakewood, OH.
