29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On or about August 4, 2020, the employer, Lifetime Construction, LLC, did not initiate and maintain a safety program that included frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite located at 3764 Eureka Way, Fredrick, CO.  Frequent and regular inspections would have identified the lack of fall protection systems in use by the subcontractor at the site during re-roofing. Four (4) sub-contracted employees were exposed to falls from heights of 19.10 feet.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
