29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about November 22, 2023, and at times prior Lifetime Construction LLC, did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person where employees of JCC Construction Solutions, LLC, performing roofing work were exposed to unprotected sides and edges greater than 20 feet above a lower level without the use of fall protection. The Lifetime Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1486516, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3764 Eureka Way, FREDERICK, CO 80504.
