29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about August 4, 2020 an employee working in a trench was not protected by a hard hat, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
