29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about August 13, 2020 at the site employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 ft. while roofing the structure without fall protection. Tyler Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357395, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2815 WSW Loop 323 Tyler, TX. 75701.
