On or about September 4, 2020 at 2345 Licking Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701, Casting Solutions had employees sand blasting and did not perform initial monitoring of personal breathing zone air samples to assess the 8-hours TWA exposure exposing employees to health hazards from Silica exposure.
