Employees were installing asphalt shingles without a fall protection system in place. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 4 inches.  K & E Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1317301, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 340 North French Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.
