29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  294 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA: On or about August 17, 2020, multiple employees were observed roofing this residence without any fall protection, more than 15 feet above the ground below.  The employer routinely does not assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on June 3, 2020, when employees were installing shingles on a residential roof located at 183 Meadowbrook Rd., Longmeadow, MA without fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 12 feet above the next lower level (ground).  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
