This was demonstrated on August 19,2020 when a pedestal fan (TPI Industrial) was being used to provide cooling for employees in the work area. This was demonstrated on August 19, 2020 when employees were exposed to chemical substances including, but not limited to Cobra 15N, Isoset I and II, CRC Knock'er loose, Sprayon LU711, Sulfer Dioxide (SO2) Sodium Hydoxide 50% without having effective training on the hazards of the chemicals and substances they are exposed to during the production process. The employer failed to train these employees on the specific hazards associated with these substances prior to their use in the facility.
