29 CFR 1918.22(i): Handrails and walking surfaces of gangways were not maintained in a safe condition to prevent employees from slipping or falling. (a) M/V Pegasus Ocean - Gangway - On or about August 28, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9' while transiting from the gangway to the deck of the vessel.
