Ideal Systems USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1355738, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2711 Columbia Blvd., Bloomsburg, PA  17815.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.
