29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented. On or about September 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 7504 Daycoa Street, Fort Worth, Texas; at the new residential construction site, employees were walking and working from the roof and not protected from falling more than 14 feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.
