29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were performing decking on two separate commercial buildings more than six feet above the next lowest surface  Employees were working on the roof of a single story commercial structure without any visible means of fall protection

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Employees were using a ladder to access and egress the worksite was not positioned three feet above the landing of the walking working surface.  Jose Alfredo Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331926, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-1-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3803 Memphis and 139th Lubbock TX.
