Jose Alfredo Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564762, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/19/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7712 44th St Lubbock, TX.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Employees were using a ladder to access and egress the worksite was not positioned three feet above the landing of the walking working surface.  Jose Alfredo Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564762, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/19/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7712 47th St Lubbock TX.
