Employees were installing roofing materials to a flat section of the roof while exposed to fall hazards of up to 10 feet 1 inch.  Sorias Custom Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1475215, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1571 Shyville Rd, Logan, OH 43138.
