29 CFR  1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. Section 3.3.1 of the CGA Pamphlet P-1-1965 refers to storing cylinders in accordance with CGA and NFPA standards. The CGA Pamplet P-1-1991 Section 3.7.4.1 states that "All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage shall be secured to prevent from falling."  Native American Investors/Oasis Mobile Home Park, Maintenance-Storage Field: Next to a C-Train/Conex Box a Green Oxygen Cylinder was upright and unsecure from displacement.  Employees were exposed to Struck-by hazards and the potential for airborne projectile.
