29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):  Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Oasis Mobile Home Park: Outside tasks:  On and/or before April 20, 2023, employees used hazardous materials in pest management processes. The employer had not provided effective training on the health and safety hazards which potentially exposed employees to eye and dermal hazards.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6):  The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:   Mobile Home Park: Outside:  On and/or before April 20, 2023, employees conducted property trash removal operations using rakes/brooms and included removal of animal wastes wearing a voluntary use 3M N95 respirators.  The employer had not provided the respirator user(s) with the information contained in appendix D which potentially exposed employees to Hanta virus and inhalation hazards.
