29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   Indian Trading Post: Employees used Chloralen Bleach bathroom cleaner, Fabuloso disinfectant, Pinalen multi-purpose cleaner, Artic White concentrated bleach, Awesome concentrated degreaser, Easy-off oven cleaner, Xtreme Kleen hand sanitizer, and  First Street Ammonia during various cleaning process such as cleaning cashier counter, produce case, meat display case, butcher equipment, butcher deep sink, caf� prep stations, caf� serving area and deep sink as well as mopping the retail store floor that occur multiple times during the daily work shift hours. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program. The employees were exposed to eye and dermal irritation hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(2):The employer did not provide employees with effective information on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. Employees were not informed of the following: the requirements of this section; any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals are present; and, the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets as required by this section. 29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):   Indian Trading Post: Employees used Hobart meat cutting saw and deli meat slicer to cut bulk purchased meats into specific cuts to be sold to patrons. The employer had not conducted and documented hazard analysis specific for the meat cutting and meat slicing tasks. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.
