Where manufacturer's specifications are not available, the limitations assigned to the equipment shall be based on the determinations of a professional engineer competent in the field.   a- RGC Pro 200 material Hoist (Side of Roof): Employees engaged in roofing activities were using the track of the material hoist as a ladder against its posted warnings of "Do Not Climb" exposed to fall and struck by hazards. ALJ Home Improvement Inc was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number  1381784  and 1439510.  In regards to Inspection Number 1381784, Citation # 01, Item #  003, was issued on 08/13/19 to a workplace located at 16 Silver Terrace, Kiamesha Lake NY 12751. This citation became a final order on 10/09/19 (DCAT).  In regards to Inspection Number 1439510, Citation # 01, Item # 01, was issued on  04/14/20 to a work place located at  10 Eileen Way, Edison NJ 08837. This citation became a final order on 05/15/20 (DCAT).
