29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 1st instance: a- Building Exterior (Roof) 73 Somerset Drive: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft on the 6 on 12 pitched roof to the concrete below as a personal fall arrest harness was worn but not secured via an anchor point to prevent falls. Condition noted or about 10/06/2020. 2nd instance: b- Building Exterior (Roof) 81-83 Somerset Drive: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft on the 6 on 12 pitched roof to the concrete below as a personal fall arrest harness was worn but not secured via an anchor point to prevent falls. Condition noted or about 10/07/2020.
