Employees sometimes place hands directly on rolling stock and near the point of operation while operating the Tesker model 440 thread rolling machine. ...In the alternative... 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles: (a) On or about October 16, 2020, at the worksite located at 515 Fredrick Ave., Waukesha, WI, the employer did not ensure guarding was incorporated to prevent exposure to the point of operation on the Tesker thread rolling machines.
