The employees were replacing shingles on the steep slope roof of a four-story hotel.  b,  On or about October 20, 2020, at the jobsite located at 725 Blue Harbor Dr Sheboygan, WI, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 44' without being protected from falling by a conventional form of fall protection. Employees were transporting roofing materials from a staging area to the work zone.
