29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about July 15, 2024, at the worksite located at 131 East North Water Street, Neenah, Wisconsin; workers were performing reroofing activities on an approximately 5:12 pitch roof, without any form of fall protection, while exposed to an approximate 37'9" fall. Green Star Metal Roofing LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498409, citation 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 725 Blue Harbor Dr., Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
