29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about October 19, 2020 and at times thereafter, the employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazards for employees exposed to hazards associated with chemicals such as Hexamethylene diisocyanate which is contained in Red Spot Urethane Hardener and is used by employees during spot priming of vehicle parts with an air paint gun.
