Employee were installing roof trusses while standing on the top plate of a wall, thereby exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet.  b) Manuel Hernandez, at a jobsite located at 642 Holbrook Drive, Lot 1470, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 : On and/or preceding November 4, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while engaged in residential construction activities. Employee were working on the first floor with an unguarded basement opening, thereby being exposed to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
