Wichita, Kansas, employee(s) engaged in commercial masonry activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the jobsite. Employee(s) were handling Acme thinBRIK red bricks and Acme Premix gray type N mortar/mix. The chemical hazards associated with these products include: skin and eye irritation/burns, redness and/or swelling of the conjunctiva, nausea and/or vomiting, respiratory tract irritation, may cause an allergic skin reaction and may cause cancer.

Wichita, Kansas, employee(s) engaged in commercial masonry activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Acme thinBRIK red bricks and Acme Premix gray type N mortar/mix at the job site. The chemical hazards associated with these products include: skin and eye irritation/burns, redness and/or swelling of the conjunctiva, nausea and/or vomiting, respiratory tract irritation, may cause an allergic skin reaction and may cause cancer.
