On or about September 26, 2020, an employee sustained an amputation when the employee's finger got caught in the belt and pulley.  Associated Hygienic Products, LLC DBA Domtar Personal Care was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1244923, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2332 U.S. 42 S., Delaware, Ohio 43015.
