Youngman Road, Baxter Springs, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 102 inches due to no fall protection system being used (c) Employee(s) engaged in performing maintenance on a hot water heater while standing on the ceiling level brick wall surface in the trucker's lounge located at 100 N.
