An employee rolling a 55-gallon drum of coating material ran over a crack in the floor causing the drum to fall over and spill exposing themselves and other employees to the Valpure Exterior Closure Coating material. This hazardous condition on a walking-working surface was not repaired at that time and was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-surface to move containers from one location to another.
