29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about December 14, 2020, employees performing commercial roofing operations on a flat roof were not protected from a fall, exposing them to falls of approximately 14.7 feet. Dynamic Exteriors 10, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1403353, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4170 Grove Ave. Gurnee, IL 60031. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
