29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Jobsite, 125 Bowker Street, Boston, MA: On or about December 29,2021, the employer did not instruct the employee who was performing support dismantling alone, in the recognition and avoidance of the unsafe conditions; such as but not limited to specific training in the dismantling of the Mass Shoring Towers, training on how to safely remove the bolts with only himself and how to prop the tower as the bolts are removed so that it did not fold onto itself when he was in the fold zone of the Mass Shoring tower which struck him and pinned his legs injuring him.
