29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM ROOM - Employees were exposed to fire hazards when the egress route outside of the exit door on the North side of the building was reduced to distances that ranged from approximately 14 to 22 inches, on or about January 5, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
