29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about January 5, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty-one (21) feet three (3) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about January 5, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.  Dorados Exterior Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460398, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 580 - 586 Spring Leaf Drive, Joliet, IL 60431.  Dorados Exterior Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1355751, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 326 Hemlock Lane Oswego, IL 60543.

Dorados Exterior Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460398, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 580 - 586 Spring Leaf Drive, Joliet, IL 60431.
