29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a) Production Floor; On or about January 6, 2021 and at times prior the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that the employer failed to conduct the required periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for machinery with multiple energy sources which includes but is not limited to Molding Machines 106, 114 and 202. Employees were required to work on these machines with procedures that had not been audited periodically as required by the standard so that any deviations or inadequacies would be discovered and corrected.
