29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: a-4 Robins Road, Mahwah NJ (Residential Roof): CSHO observed an employee engaged in roofing activities on a 8 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 12/18/2020.
