29 CFR  1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds:   a. 49 Mt Pleasant Ave. West Orange, NJ  Employee(s) installing a pump jack scaffold at heights of approximately 30 feet above the ground level were exposed to fall hazards as the employer did not ensure the use of fall protection to include guardrails or a harness with lanyard attached during scaffold erecting.  Violation occurred on 05/09/2023
