29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equiment as specified in this subpart: a) 99 West Passaic St, Rutherford, NJ: The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as roofing materials used on site for the house. Gasoline fueled generators were used on site to power electric equipment such as leaf blower, RGC material hoist and compressors to perform the roofing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the equipment onsite was stored in a gas can on the site, on or about 3/31/2022.
