29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. On or about January 12, 2021, during the removal of roofing material at a job site located at 9110 Tuxedo Ave, Parma OH 44134; the employer did not ensure (4) employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 19 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
