29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 113 Valerie Way, Lot 25.17 - Block 802.01, Tabernacle NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and whose mid rail/screen did not run the full length of the walking/working surface in use by the worker. Condition observed on or about 01/12/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
