29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: Worksite located at 1840 E. 28th St., Trenton, Missouri- Employees were using scissor lifts (mobile scaffolds) in which the platforms were not raised to the working level. The employees had to climb down on to the platform of the lift using the guardrails of the lift. Employees could fall into the lift or out of the lift to the ground level.
