29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   On or about September 22, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees installing insulation and sheet metal decking were protected from fall hazards of approximately 32 feet to the concrete below.  C4 Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1511145, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1840 E. 28th St., Trenton, Missouri.

Employees were potentially exposed to a fall hazard of 32 feet or greater.
