29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 2, 2021, employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. BCR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329999, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 987 Grande Vole, El Paso, TX, 79932. BCR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322957, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 13816 Santa Fe River, Clint, TX 79836.
