On or about January 3,2024, an employee was engaged in residential construction activities without fall protection. This exposed the employee to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet. The BCR construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656147, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Crystal Deer, El Paso, Texas 79928.
