29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 26, 2024 two employees were observed installing roof shingles to a residential two story gable roof without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to falls greater than 6 feet from the ground. BCR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656147, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/07/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Crystal Deer El Paso, TX 79928.
