29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) J.M. Smucker LLC - at 2900 Peak Avenue, Longmont, CO, 80504: On and preceding February 8th, 2021, J.M. Smucker LLC did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area. The employer utilized an internet based resource for accessing Safety Data Sheets (SDSs). The employer did not have a backup means for accessing SDSs. Chemicals in the workplace included, but were not limited to the following: 1. DOWFROST 2. FRICK Oil 3. Ammonia
