29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On the top plate of the 3rd story residence; On or about February 24, 2021, the employer exposed employees to 30-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection systems were not utilized by employees while performing framing work. Haus 19 Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468152, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 929 Fennel Seed Way, Ruskin, Florida 33544.
